How does it work?

Once you book us for your special event, all we need is 15min. - 30min. early access to set-up and warm the machine, a working electrical outlet nearby, and space to roll our 32x22x31 cart through a door or gate access.

How do you take payment?

We regularly accept cash, or electronic payment.  Each order will include a detailed invoice with these details.

What if I need to cancel a reservation?

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date.  No refunds will be issued on deposits for cancellations, however you may use your initial deposit for a future event within 1 year.

How much sugar is in a puff of cotton candy?

The good news is, parents shouldn't worry about kids ruining their teeth!  A cone of cotton candy contains only about 1 teaspoon of sugar, compared to 18 - 22 teaspoons in a 12-once can of soda, and less sugar than in a chocolate chip cookie!
